Why ClayFitness?
Clay Fitness was built first in the mind of our CEO (Clarence Hall) on one simple core belief:
Fitness can transform more than just your body—it can transform your entire life!
I know this from firsthand experience. My own journey started in the basement of my aunts home.
One day while watching tv I came across a commercial that inspired me to get into shape in a fun effective way!
With the desire to become stronger, healthier, and get into shape like many other athletes, and everyday people through years of training and self improvement I transformed into who I wanted to be! Over the years of playing sports, injuries, self education in both nutrition and exercise science I not only transformed myself but also
discovered a passion for helping others unlock the version of themselves that they wanted to be!
Through customized group, athletic, and personal training, proven nutrition strategies, and a supportive community, I’ve helped clients of all backgrounds achieve results they once thought were impossible. From weight loss and strength gains to improved confidence and lifestyle changes, I’ve seen transformations that go far beyond the gym.
